Alan J. Baia
Co-Founder, Managing Partner

Alan is a technical visionary who began his career as an engineer in circurt board assembly robotics for Manaufacturing Concepts and Technologies, Inc. At Cogent Road, Alan provides the vision and leadership for the company's software products. His understanding of data architecture in relationship to the client's business needs have produced such industry innovations as Funding Suite's Intelligent Credit Report, UCScan and EquityID. Prior to forming Cogent Road with William DiPaolo, Alan was the President and founder of Western Data Research, Inc. Alan holds a Bachelors degree in Economics from the University of Southern California.

Adrian Beasley
Director, Accounting Services

Adrian is a CPA with over eight years of domestic financial management experience including analysis, budgeting, forecasting and tax return preparation. Prior to joining Cogent Road, he worked in tax accounting at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, and as a staff accountant for ResMed, Inc. Adrian holds a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Accounting from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

In addition to day to day management of the company, William is also Cogent Road's marketing strategist. His relentless focus on the customer and his ability to envision software from their perspective has helped make Funding Suite the fastest growing credit management system in the country. Before teaming up with Alan Baia to create Cogent Road, William served as the President and CEO of ThoughtWare Technologies, Inc, which was purchased by iLinc Communications, Inc. in 2001. William earned a Bachelors degree in both Chemistry and Biology from the University of North Carolina.

Rajasekar currently manages Cogent Road's software engineering team. He has over 12 years of software development and project management experience in industries such as mortgage, healthcare, B2B eCommerce and content management systems. Rajasekar received a Bachelor's degree in mathematics and a Master's degree in finance management from Madurai Kamaraj University in Madurai, India. He is also a Microsoft Certified Professional.

Dan received a Bachelors degree in English from California State University. Dan began in customer service while working in technical support for the university's computer lab. Shortly after graduation, he joined Cogent Road and was soon managing the company's processing team. Dan now oversees the entire customer support department. He also regularly works with Cogent Road's client base and developers to ensure a close knit between the company's software and client needs.
