They can be added as users, associated with specific branches or divisions and flagged to pay their own bills. The loan officer receives an e-mail that guides them through the set up process – and can be up and pulling credit within minutes.

When it comes time to month end reporting, Funding Suite’s credit management software provides detailed spending reports by loan officer, branch, division and even department. These can be easily imported into your current accounting system, or analyzed in Excel. During the month, detailed cost accounting widgets can track spending patterns in real time across users, divisions, branches or corporate as a whole.

 

COLLECT CONSUMER PAYMENT VIA CREDIT CARD OR AT CLOSING

Funding Suite offers invoicing tools to help you maximize your consumer reimbursement for all credit related charges. Our dynamic invoice aggregates all charges incurred for a specific social (even across different credit reports) and easily permits a single charge to a consumer credit card. Funding Suite delivers a receipt to the consumer on your behalf and records the payment in the file. Or, if desired, an invoice can be generated to include in the closing package and Funding Suite can be paid on your behalf by your settlement agent. Either way, these tools can lower costs and increase your reimbursements.
